Full-Color Custom Windsocks!

I purchased a custom windsock for a friend and had an idea of what I wanted but could not design it correctly. The folks at Custom Windsock helped me get the design right and created a proof for review prior to producing. My friend absolutely loved the windsock. She felt the quality was superb all the way down to the clip. The printing on both sides was professionally done and she can’t wait to get it flying. I loved it so much that I will be purchasing another for a different friend.

We needed a few windsocks for our boutique winery vineyard and decided a custom windsock was the way to go. From the time we uploaded our artwork to the quick delivery, we knew we were in the right hands. Our windsocks look amazing and arrived faster than I could have imagined. We are proudly flying our windsocks!

I work for a safety services company in the Oilfield. Recently, our local hospital's Life Flight helicopter team came to us asking for help replacing the windsock at the hospital's landing pad. We sell a lot of windsocks, but hadn't yet sold a customized version, so it was new territory for us. After discussing options with them, they really wanted a windsock with their logo, and of course a durable high quality windsock. We first ordered a custom windsock from a large pilot supplies company, and when the windsock arrived we were sorely disappointed. While it was somewhat high quality - it was extremely thick vinyl-type material - the customization was awful. It was a heat-press type vinyl lettering, and was already peeling when we received it.

After that failure, I started looking at other options and came across the Custom Windsock Co. I reached out and from the start Zahra was extremely helpful. She was able to quickly answer all my questions, and actually called me directly a few times to discuss options. She made the ordering process extremely simple, and sent me artwork for approval within a day or 2. The shipping was extremely fast - arriving 2 or 3 days after we ordered it, and the windsock was stellar quality. The logo wasn't just "heat pressed" onto the windsock, it was actually printed directly onto it, so there were no worries about it falling off/etc. The windsock itself was clearly high quality fabric, etc.

Unfortunately, due to some issues with the measurements we sent The Custom Windsock Co (Not their fault at all. Entirely on us), the windsock didn't fit the "double hoop" frame that was being used at the landing pad. I reached back out to Zahra to see if she could help with ensuring we took the right measurements/etc to re-order some new windsocks that would fit. She immediately jumped into action helping us out, enlisting some of her other contacts to discuss options, and within a day she had a solution figured out for us. Without going into too much detail about the specifics, the deal she gave us was extremely generous, particularly considering the issues had nothing to do with them and was entirely our mistake. She offered a solution that will result in our customer having some different options to make sure the new windsocks fit properly.

It has been a pleasure working with Zahra and her team, and I certainly won't need to ever shop around for any custom windsocks again. We found a company that does things right! I'll be passing this info along to all of our other offices and letting them know if they have a customer interested in custom windsocks, Zahra and her team are second to none!
